[UPDATED][Selling]Runique Account Checker

This tool first checks your combo list in highscores for any level 99's
Second puts it into a separate list where it only checks accounts with 1+ level 99 stats so that you don't junk accounts.
Final output is Levels:Username:Password

I used a list of about 200 and got a couple maxed accounts and lots of GP
