The domain I have should be owned by Jagex but they made a cock up, now this could be used to a major phishing advantage or for Jagex to have no choice but purchase the domain from you at a costly price..

Now there a british company so .co.uk, isn't something anyone would suspect as being a phisher.
My offer is you buy the domain, or you an experienced phisher partners with me ( must have a decent amount of rep ).
There are 3 ways you could profit, First one being sell Phishing access privately to reputable/known phishers preventing a leak of our method/url, making it consistent & effective ( The premium domain/method would attract some of the top phishers ).
Second one being Keep it privately between myself & you, use it for our own phishing activities, preventing public exposure, keeping the anonymity of our link/url ( Believe me no one would ever consider our site as a phisher, even if they were hacked shortly after ).
Thirdly BUY the domain from myself, to then sell on when the times right to Jagex, now you could imagine how much they would bid for such domain, considering the attraction it has, the security breach it may cause & the mislead visitors. Especially if you were to have it ranked in the first page of google search for such keyword.
Think I'm over reacting? Imagine owning Runescape.co.uk, Jagex would purchase that without any hesitation for a huge sum.
TIME WASTERS - IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO BUY DOMAIN, I WOULD WANT ATLEAST A 4 DIGIT SUM, AS WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT, IT'S PROBABLE JAGEX WOULD OFFER A 5 DIGIT SUM.. I MEAN THEY'RE GIVING AWAY 10K USD ON DEADMAN MODE TOURNAMENT FFS.
